This is a 16 room sleeper, with 18 bathrooms. It has a 54,000 gallon pool, with 2 hot tubs. There is a workout area, 3 minute walk to the beach. You get views of both mountains and the ocean. There is also a game room! There are 2 bars as well. Each room is private entry as well, along with wi-fi. With staying here, things included in your pricing of stay: - Open bar, with our own personal bartender - Maid and laundry service - Personal chef that will prepare breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner each day - Air-conditioned rooms ** We also have another smaller villa next door reserved in case of over flow of guests! But all things still included with the other as well.
