Travel Note
There are several different ways to reach St. Louis. Car, Flight, and Train are all feasible options. Flight - The STL airport is 20 minutes from the Union Station Hotel and easy to get an uber to/from. For Chicago friends, the flight is a very easy 45 minute flight and very reasonably priced if you book in advance! Options from both ORD and MDW are available. This is Lizzie and Joel's favorite way to get to St. Louis :) Car - There is parking available at the Union Station Hotel for those deciding to drive in. For Chicago friends, this is a fairly easy 4.5 hour drive as long as you don't leave during rush hour. Train - Another convenient option for Midwest travelers. The Amtrak Gateway Train Station St. Louis is a 3 min drive or 13 minute walk from the Union Station Hotel. There are direct routes from Chicago and Kansas City! This option is usually priced in between driving and flying, but usually takes the longest time (give or take 5 hours).
