Maid of Honor
Never did I ever think Graybill and I would be as close as we are today. I am thankful Creighton Soccer brought us together... but boy was I scared of her. On the field, Graybill was a powerhouse and didn't quite know how to use her inside voice, until speech class. Princesses, Brides, and Mothers brought us together and we bonded over the sparkly book and 60 second impromptu speeches. Slowly, we started finishing bags of Skinny Pop together and sipping on delicious Malibu. She has been my best friend and my go-to gal from states away for over 6 years. From bonding over cotton candy grapes to being my ruthless defender in 5v5, we became inseparable. I couldn't have asked for a better teammate AND best friend to support me each and every day.

Oh Michelle... I honestly don't even know where to begin. It all started when our moms had the same due date and we COULD have had the same birthdays... but things didn't work out that way. From our ski trips together to spontaneous weekends to Chicago, Michelle and I could consider ourselves world travelers. Not only do we know how to change up the scenery, but we create the BEST memories (sometimes with the help of liquid courage). If it weren't for my brother's friends consoling us after stepping out of a cop car after receiving our underages, I think we would still be standing in the rain sobbing. We have been miles apart for several years now, but we have managed to always begin where we left off. Michelle's supportive personality and loving heart always has a place for me, which is hard to find nowadays. If you ever need to find us, check the nearest disco party or Zumba class. We're usually in the back acting as though we belong ;)

Being out of college and in a new city, it is hard to make friends. It feels a bit like dating...so when Sarah and I exchanged phone numbers I knew we were ALMOST friends. I mean, she even stayed for an extra workout at F45 JUST to hangout with me! Sarah and I bonded over us living in someone else's basement with our significant others while house hunting and that we both have two dogs that we consider our children. So, it was pretty easy for us to become best friends. I couldn't be more grateful for my Aperol Spritz-loving best friend who I can always count on to give me an honest opinion and trip over a stick that wasn't even there. (For a professional dancer, we have some work to do with everyday movements ;) ) Sarah has helped me get through every bump in the road since moving to a new state and I couldn't be more thankful for her and her presence.

Hannah and I go WAY back...to when Razor push scooters were cool. I will never forget our first playdate in 5th grade when I asked Hannah if she wanted to scooter around the neighborhood and jump on the trampoline. Apparently that was the BEST playdate she had been on because we didn't "take selfies" the whole time. Hannah has truly been my ride or die as I have navigated life. She will forever be the quickest person to ever text me back and I can always count on her to give me her honest opinion. I could make a list of all of our amazing memories together, but I would run out of word count quickly. To say the least, Hannah is ALWAYS looking out for me. We may live states away, but I know she is always available when I need her. I am thankful to call her one of my best friends.

I'm fairly certain we graduated from diapers to pull-ups together...I could be very wrong about that but it feels like that could be true. I can't remember a weekend where I wasn't spending a night at the Francis household... and sometimes not even in the house. Lizzy and I did everything we could to make the garden shed a sleepover hangout spot...but the heat always got the best of us. Lizzy has spent ALMOST every birthday with me... whether I am in Michigan or Wisconsin, she makes it happen... even if she is a few minutes late;) She sure is a ray of sunshine. Whether we are tipping over in our yoga poses or getting our pants stuck in the chain while tandem biking, she is always smiling. I am so fortunate to have such a smiley, loving best friend!
