What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly encourage guests to arrive by 3:45 PM. Seating will open at that time, and the ceremony will shortly begin promptly. To avoid any disruptions, we won’t be able to seat guests once the ceremony starts—thank you for helping us keep everything on time!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal attire. We kindly ask guests to avoid the following: casual attire (t-shirts, shorts, Flip flops, jeans, or sneakers) White, ivory, cream, or any color that could be mistaken for white (white dress-shirts are ok!) Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Gentlemen may wear suits with a tie.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

ALL EVENTS ON OUR SPECIAL DAY WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS. Temperatures around August 13th historically range from 85°F - 89°F during the day, dropping to 64°F - 66°F in the evening.

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration. Thank you for arranging childcare so you can enjoy the evening with us! we are happy to assist in exploring local childcare resources if helpful.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, your invitation is addressed specifically to the names listed. If you were extended a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 26th, 2026 so we can finalize seating and catering.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’ll be serving cocktail hour bites followed by a plated dinner catered by Ten Carrots, a caterer that works with all Trademark Venues, known for their fresh produces. And of course, we’ll end the evening with cake.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Yes! Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and our caterers will accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes — we’ll have an open bar with cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic options throughout the evening. Last call for drinks will be 9:30 pm.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all, and we’re so grateful to have you celebrate with us. If you feel inclined to give, we would deeply appreciate a cash gift toward our honeymoon and future together. A wedding card box will be available at the entrance of our venue, or you may Zelle us at (@714-234-5507 Elizabeth Castellanos). We will not be providing a traditional wedding registry.
