Davis and Beth met freshman year at Auburn University (war eagle!). Both wanting to get involved on campus and make friends, they joined Freshman Leadership program (FLP). Because Davis was a biomedical science major and Beth was a nursing major, they were placed in the Health and Wellness group of FLP. This group met every Tuesday to plan events and find ways to promote healthy lifestyles on campus. Beth was smitten at first sight. Davis thought Beth's name was Anna. Beth accepted that they would remain friends, although every time they saw each other on campus or downtown Auburn, they'd end up talking for hours. The two remained friends until they came back for sophomore year after summer break and Davis finally worked up the nerve to ask Beth out. They've been inseparable since.
