ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. The ceremony is outside in June so please plan accordingly. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the wedding party will be wearing sky blue)

IS THE VENUE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Please be aware that the seating is bench seating. The reception will be held indoors. There will be golf carts to transport guests up the hill from the ceremony for those that need them.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do". The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO THE VENUE?

Answer

There is an option for a shuttle. It leaves the Embassy Suites hotel promptly at 4PM with a return trip leaving The White Dove Barn at 11PM. It seats 56 people max. Please use the link to sign up if you are interested as it is first come first serve. https://evite.me/aqD8scHnGh Otherwise, our venue is best accessible by Uber/Lyft/Car. If you are planning to take an uber/lyft please reserve one ahead of time to guarantee a ride home. Keep in mind there is also plenty of parking available at the venue. If you are planning on drinking please carpool if possible and plan accordingly.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 16, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.
