5:00- Head to big barn for cocktail hour/reception
6:00- Grand entrance/first dance
6:15-Dinner
7:00- Family Dances
7:30- Open dance floor
10:00- Music off/guests depart
At the cocktail hour/reception there will be a booth hosted by Rancher Hat Bar where guest can buy their own custom branded cowboy hats. There will also be the option to purchase a trucker hat to customize!
There will be lawn games like cornhole to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception!
