Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Dressy Casual. We are getting married outdoors on a working farm, so keep that in mind while choosing your outfit. The barn where the reception is has an antique wooden floor, and there will be lots of walking in the grass and gravel, so pick shoes that will be comfortable on uneven ground. We will be having a called New England Barn Dance, so keep that in mind as well! It can get cool in the fall in New England at night, so layers such as a suit jacket or a shawl/scarf are suggested.

Can I bring a date or children?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests be limited to the names listed on the invitation. We have opted for a smaller more intimate wedding and thank you for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

This is an allergy friendly wedding! We will have gluten free and dairy free options (and no shellfish), and will have a space on the RSVP to note any other allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has ample free parking!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We live and are celebrating our wedding in a rural area of the country. There will not be transportation provided to the venue. We would also like to note that ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are very rare and almost non-existent in this area.

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP tab will be added to the website closer to the date of the wedding after formal invitations have been sent out.

What if it rains?

Answer

Our venue has space for us to have both the ceremony and the reception in the barn if need be!
