These neighborhoods have their own version of walkability, dining, shopping AND keep you close to both venues. - Eclectic, local charm, artsy: Plaza Midwood (our personal and completely biased favorite), NoDa, Elizabeth, Villa Heights. - Historic tree lined streets, parks, relaxed residential: Dilworth, Myers Park. - Lively, city vibe, trendy: South End, Uptown. We have provided an airbnb link with a variety of house types/sizes in different neighborhoods as a starting point.
