Welcome Dinner

Welcome dinner for family or those traveling from out of town - and basically everyone is traveling from out of town. A more casual dinner at The Junction, which is close to the recommended Holiday Inn hotel. Note this event is on the evening of July 31st.

Ceremony

Social and Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Appetizers and drinks will be provided, as well as games and entertainment.
Dinner + Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will be buffet style with a variety food, including vegetarian options. Guests are free to stay until 11pm, but the reception officially ends at 10pm, the local cutoff time for loud amplified music.
Shuttle
10:00 pm
Parking at the venue itself is limited and will be reserved for those involved with setup. We will instead work to organize a shuttle from a nearby Holiday Inn to the venue itself and back, both before the ceremony and after the reception. The exact time has not yet been decided. If you would like to join the shuttle, rsvp positively that you will attend so we can plan accordingly. If you anticipate not needing a shuttle (ride share / uber, walking from nearby location, etc.) please indicate otherwise. If you change your mind, please let me know (this is mostly for a rough head count at this point, and won't lock you into your decision).

Light Breakfast and Hike
