Rooming - Given the nature of the venue, rooms have been preassigned. - You will receive an email from Newagen Seaside Inn Reservations (frontdesk@newageninn.com), directing you to next steps! - Deposits are due April 19th! - Pro tip: Check your spam folders, if you have not received an email please reach out to us. Room & Travel Costs - The average room cost is ~$330/night. - Flight prices vary based on airport & airline. - Transportation (rental car, Turo, Uber, etc.) will be needed to get to the venue. All wedding weekend events will take place at Newagen, but if you'd like to explore, we recommend having a rental car handy as Ubers are hard to come by.
We highly recommend a rental car just in case you want to explore some more of Maine before you go. Grabbing an Uber or hiring a private car to and from airport to venue is an option, however, Ubers once in the town are few and far between! Pro tip: Book your rental car far in advance if possible!
We will be assigning rooms! All guests will be staying at the Inn and will receive an email from Newagen containing their reservation details. This email will provide a link to confirm your reservation and pay an online deposit prior to the wedding. Please respond to the email and indicate if you would like to extend your trip beyond August 7th - 9th. Deposits are due April 19th!
Check-in is at 4 p.m., the hotel staff does their best to have the rooms ready ahead of time but it's not guaranteed. Check-out is 10 a.m. on Sunday, unless of course, you intend to extend your stay! Please respond to the room-booking email and indicate that you would like to extend as soon as possible. Guests checking out after 10AM will be subject to a late check out fee ($25) unless arrangements have been made with the front desk prior to checkout (based on availability).

The first event to kick off the wedding weekend will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 7th. The Welcome Party will take place on the lawn of the hotel so you'll just need to walk over from your room!
