Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Transportation will not be provided, so please plan accordingly when arranging travel to and from the venue. We encourage guests to use rideshare services, designate a driver, or arrange transportation in advance. Most importantly, please celebrate and drink responsibly.

Please refer to the Accommodations section of our website for recommended hotels in the area. These are places we personally suggest based on location and convenience. We have not reserved a hotel block, so guests are welcome to book whichever accommodations best fit their preferences.

What time should guests arrive? What time will the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15 PM. Venue doors will open at 3:00 PM sharp, and guests will not be permitted entrance after the ceremony begins. We kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly and arrive on time.

The dress code is formal attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will take place outdoors. The venue has artificial grass, so guests are welcome to bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes for dancing.

Yes. Desert evenings can get cool, so bringing a light jacket or shawl is recommended.

Will dinner be served?
Answer
Yes, a plated dinner will be served. Please be sure to pre-select your meal when submitting your RSVP by the deadline of August 15, 2026.

Yes, there will be one vegan option available. As a limited number of plates will be prepared, we kindly ask that guests select their meal as soon as possible when RSVPing.

Yes, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. While drinks are hosted, we kindly encourage guests to bring cash if you wish to tip the bartenders, as it is greatly appreciated.

Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

While your presence is the greatest gift, if you wish to give one, we gratefully accept both online contributions or cash gifts. All gifts will go toward helping us create our dream honeymoon together.
