Note for Out-of-Town GuestsNote for Out-of-Town Guests
While we encourage our out-of-town guests to stay locally in Rye or Greenwich, CT, transportation will be provided from the Rye Metro-North Railroad Station for those that reside in New York City and out-of-town guests that elect to stay in hotels there. Please note that while it's easy to secure an Uber or Lyft within Westchester and Fairfield Counties, due to TLC licensing requirements it can at times be challenging to secure non-premium rides back into New York City. To avoid the cost of a black car, we recommend taking the train (details included below).

The Delamar is where we will be having our Welcome Drinks and it is where we recommend staying. The hotel is a very short walk to Greenwich Avenue which is home to many restaurants and shops and is also close to the Metro-North Railroad which takes you to New York City. The Delamar is a quick drive to both the wedding ceremony and reception venues. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony venue and from the reception venue back to the hotel. We have reserved a room block here for our guests. Should you choose to stay at the Delamar, please call to ensure your reservation is part of this room block.

Courtyard by Marriott RyeCourtyard by Marriott Rye
The Courtyard by Marriott is a short distance from the Rye Metro-North Railroad Station as well as both the wedding ceremony and reception venues. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony venue and from the reception venue back to the hotel. We have organized a room block with rates for $369.00 – $419.00 per night. To receive the discounted rate, please request the Ruggiero/Burns Wedding Room Block at Courtyard Rye on or before the cut-off date of September 12, 2025. Stanton House Inn may be a good option for those looking for a bed and breakfast close to Greenwich Avenue. However, please note that we do not have a room block at the Inn.
Train

Rye is located on the Metro-North's New Haven line. Travel time from Grand Central Station to Rye is typically 50 minutes if operating on a local rather than express schedule. Transportation will be provided from the Rye Train Station to the wedding ceremony and reception venues and from the reception venue back to the train station.
