Fabulous bagel/sandwich shop. Chris recommends the Urban Cowboy, Eliza loves the Bo Diddley Beet Salad (biscuit & jam on the side). The cinnamon rolls are amazing (and enormous).

Excellent cookies, coffee and lunch/brunch. A Sunday morning post-yoga ritual.

The best park in San Antonio (and the only one with some actual hills). A 25 minute drive from downtown San Antonio.
Central Market
For my fellow grocery store fanatics, this is H-E-B's "foodie" store - one of only 9 in Texas. Wander the aisles or go for a quick lunch - they have an excellent prepared foods section complete with sushi, made to order sandwiches/bowls and a host of other goodies. Highly recommend the chocolate crinkle cookies for dessert.

This one is for the true grocery store devotees (Kelsey, thinking of you :)) - one of our nicest stores with the works, including True Texas BBQ, H-E-B Wellness (managed by my team), a convenience store with True Texas Tacos and more. We often run pilots at this store, so you may see wellness signage created by my team!
