When should I RSVP by?

When should we arrive?

Answer

There’s lots to enjoy in the area, and the wedding is on Saturday. If you’re arriving on Friday, please join us for a casual dinner that evening. A room block is available for Friday and Saturday nights.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at St. John the Baptist Church no later than 1.45 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Summer Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. It is an outdoor event and the grass is soft so please wear suitable footwear.

Can I bring a plus one?

This celebration is for our family and our closest friends. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the people listed in the invite.

Transportation will be available to and from the venues from the VOCO Winchester Hotel.

Parking for the ceremony is available in the town of Alresford, a 2-minute walk from the church. Parking is available at the reception venue.

UK weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl, especially for any outdoor portions of the day.
