Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yep, check out the "Travel" page above for some good places to rest your head in Taos. There are some excellent locally owned options, but we do have a room block at the Hilton Don Fernando de Taos if that suits you better. Airbnbs are also a great option, especially a little further out of town so you can get some nice views.

Do you have a block of rooms booked at any hotels?

Answer

Yes! The Don Fernando de Taos (see “Travel" page). You can book by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the “Alvarez Sawyer Wedding Block” or online using the Hotel Don Fernando link provided on the “Travel” page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There's plenty of parking at the Stakeout for the wedding and reception. Renting a car in Taos is kind of a must - see the Travel page for more.

Do I need to wear cowboy boots or suede fringe?

Answer

I mean, do you *have* to? No, I guess not. But when in Rome... But really, wear what makes you feel good! Just know that western wear is unironic out here :)
