What time should I arrive at the ceremoney?

Between 3:30 and 3:45pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will the Ceremony Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be deciding the day of. If it turns out to be a beautiful October day we will have the ceremony outside. If it ends up being a cooler day we will do the ceremony inside. Bring a jacket just in case!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. You can even leave your car there overnight if you decide you would like to Uber home.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bus that will take guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to The Jones River Trading Post as well as back to the hotel at the end of the night. There are more details about the transportation schedule under the "Travel" tab.

If it is noted on your invitation then yes you have a plus one!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures. We will have cocktail hour for the guests where there will be drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres.
