9am-10am set up/decor
2pm-Hall opens for vendors
3pm-4pm guests arrive
4pm-ceremony begins
4:30pm-5:30-reception
5:30pm-7:30pm-dining
7pm-10pm-dancing etc.
10pm-Music off, clean up, leave at 11pm
