SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION: A Shuttle bus will be available from State Plaza Hotel and The Mayflower Hotel to the church. The bus will be leaving at 2:00pm from State Plaza Hotel (Lobby on F Street side). Then pick up guests at The Mayflower Hotel (Side exit door on Desales Street). The church is about a ten minute drive from both hotels. We highly recommend that hotel guests use the shuttle service! We have also reserved parking for the ceremony at Georgetown Visitation Preparty School, 1524 35th Street N.W., Washington D.C. This is about a 10-minute walk to the chapel. Please Note: The parking lot will be locked at 5:30 PM. Any cars remaining in the lot past 5:30 PM will not be retrievable until the next morning. Saturday traffic is unpredictable in the District so please allow yourself plenty of travel time. The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM sharp! We kindly ask guests to arrive and take their seats no later than 2:40 PM
Cocktail Hour

SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION: Following the ceremony there will be a number of shuttle ride options for our hotel guests: - Shuttle one will leave Holy Trinity promptly at 3:50pm and drop-off at each hotel so guests have an opportunity to freshen up before cocktail hour. - Shuttle two will leave Holy Trinity promptly at 4:35 for reception drop-off at American Institute of Architects. - Shuttle three ** will pick-up Mayflower guests at 4:50pm and State Plaza guests at 5:00 for reception drop-off at American Institute of Architects. ** Hotel guests are welcome to arrive at AIA at 5pm outside of the shuttle if they so choose. There is limited street parking surrounding the venue. If you do drive, please download the "Park Mobile" app to pay for street parking. We have also included the names and addresses of a few nearby parking garages on the Common Questions Tab. We highly recommend using a taxi or ride share service.
