RESORT SIDES + ACCESS
MAIN SECTION - FINEST The main section of Finest is open to adults and children and gives access to majority of restaurants and amenities with great room categories. Note that the lead-in room categories are at the back of the property in buildings 1-3. FINEST CLUB The Finest club-level rooms are also open to adults and children, and with this upgrade you will have access to upgraded amenities like a private bar, GUSTO restaurant, and 24hr concierge service as well as club beach side amenities with beach beds and towel service. Many people love the upgrades that come with these rooms, however, they are not necessary to have a great trip. EXCELLENCE CLUB The Excellence Club is for ADULTS ONLY (18+). This is on the right side of the property closer to the ocean and there is access to an adults side swim up bar, separate adults beach lounge beds and area as well as exclusive adults only restaurants. No matter which room type you choose, every space at finest is beautiful and will make for a wonderful vacation!

1. Head to the website linked & find the booking engine 2. Fill in your reservation details like check-in and check-out dates + number of rooms and guests. Select the room of your choice under "EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER" (make sure a box appears showing Promo Code Applied) Note: prices seen on the website at the time of booking are per room. divide the total amount by the number of guests in the room to determine the price per guest 5. Click "ADD" and then "BOOK NOW" 6. Fill out details for a primary guest *you can pick an arbitrary hotel arrival time and do not need to enter flight information. FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS
FLIGHTS Booking your stay at Finest Playa Mujeres is a room-only booking with a private transfer. This way, guests can choose to book with their preferred flight supplier, flight times, and book with points! When planning your flight to Mexico, please be sure to fly into CUN - Cancun Airport! Tip: Turn on google flight tracker to be notified of the best pricing! TRANSFERS When booking via the couple's promo code, you will receive free round-trip transportation through Seasons Transfers. Please email transfers@seasonstours.com with your reservation much closer to the wedding such as 3-4 weeks prior.

VIP BOOKING NOTES
Booking Window You are welcome to book using our promo code up until February 21st, 2027 however, rooms are never guaranteed due to no room block hold. With that said we recommend booking as soon as possible for the low deposit. Lead Details Per Booking It is VERY important to remember who was the lead booking of your room and what email you used on file. Finest charges payment 30 days prior to check in and they will email you in case of any card failure attempts. If you do not have access to that email, or if you did not update your payment or card they unfortunately will not do anything to assist with keeping the promo code discounted rates. Payment Details Be sure to always keep a VALID credit card on file. Should your card expire or need to be replaced you must take initiative to update them on this to avoid any potential cancellations of your room due to non-payment. You can easily contact their contact center to update your booking file.
