Elise and Celeste have been friends for years - first bonding at one of Mike Allen's famous Super Bowl parties (pretty sure it was the one where Phoenix broke his leg on the trampoline). When Elise moved back to Nevada County, she and Celeste frequently hung out. Celeste had an inkling Cody and Elise would be a good match and she successfully wing-manned them together.
