Hilton Garden Inn Frederick

We reserved a block of rooms, King at $159 or 2 Queens at $169 per night plus 11% state and city tax. Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check-out is 12:00pm. There is free parking, free wifi, fitness center, indoor pool, room service, and an onsite restaurant. **The hotel was able to add a few rooms left after our room block sold out, so please make sure to book ASAP** You can book your room(s) by clicking the 'View' button. If there are no rooms displaying via the link, call 240-566-1500 and mention the Dorman-Hosseini Wedding block. If they ask, the group code is DHWS28. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Sunday, September 1, 2024 to receive our block rate. We will have shuttles departing to/from the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick on the day of the wedding.

Outside of the hotel block, we also recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Frederick or the Courtyard by Marriott Frederick, as they are both close to the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick. If a bed and breakfast is more your style, check out 10 Clarke Place and Hollerstown Hill Bed and Breakfast. Airbnb and VRBO are also good options to choose from.

Flight

Dulles Int'l, Baltimore/Washington Int'l, and Ronald Reagan Nat'l Airports

Frederick is in close proximity to three major airports. Within an hour’s drive, you’ll find Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Frederick is 1 hour north/northwest from IAD, DCA, and BWI. We recommend either getting a rental car from the airport to Frederick or using Uber/ Lyft. Once you're in Frederick, Uber/Lyft, walking, or (on the day of our wedding) our shuttles will be the best ways to get to our events!

Wedding Shuttle

We will provide roundtrip transportation on the wedding day from the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick to Strong Mansion. To get to Strong Mansion, please be in the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick by 3:30 pm. All three shuttles will begin loading and will depart by 3:45 pm. At the end of the reception, there will be 2 "early bird" shuttles leaving Strong Mansion at 9:30 pm. 2 shuttles will pick up the majority of guests at 10:30 pm. 1 final shuttle will leave Strong Mansion no later than 11:00 pm.
