HOW DO I GET THERE?

Answer

Follow your GPS to 410 Buttonwood Beach Rd, Earleville, MD. From Crystal Beach Road, turn right at the shuttered restaurant (Archway Inn). Take the first right towards Buttonwood Beach RV Resort. You will follow this road to a gatehouse with an automated gate. The code for the gate is 14567# or B (the # sticker sometimes falls off, it’s the lower right-hand button). Proceed straight through the RV park towards the silo at the end of the road. There will be an open chain link gate at the top of the hill. Proceed through the gate and follow signs to the parking area and ceremony.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. The drive between the Hampton Inn and the Fairfield Inn is 30 minutes. Guests who are not taking the provided shuttles from the hotels should arrive 10-15 minutes early to park and find their seats.

SHOULD WE BRING OUR CHILDREN?

While we love your kids, this is an adult only event. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding and reception is cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes there is parking onsite. If you prefer not to drive there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding hotel.

IS EVERYONE INVITED TO THE WELCOME PARTY ON FRIDAY?
