After we have the final headcount, we'll send out details on pricing and what the tour includes. However, if you prefer not to join the excursions and plan something else on your own, feel free to do so!

Considered one of the largest urban rainforests in the world, Floresta da Tijuca offers a scenic landscape! If you'd like to join us for the hike, please RSVP to this event so we can finalize arrangements. After we have the final headcount, we'll send out important details regarding the hike. However, if you prefer not to join the excursions and plan something else on your own, feel free to do so!
4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Kick off the celebrations with cocktails and light bites by the sea! Join us at Lost in Rio, a beachside kiosk right on Ipanema Beach, for a relaxed welcome party before the big day.
4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Formal: Suit and tie for the gentlemen & long dresses for the ladies.
Transportation will be arranged to and from the Hotel Sol Ipanema. Please be down at the lobby no later than 2:45pm, as buses will depart promptly at 3:00pm.
