Bridesmaid
Hillary and I met through a girls' choir in elementary school, and have been best friends ever since. We played in band and went to school and church together, and our youth pastor will be officiating!
Best Man
George and I ran in the same groups in high school, playing basketball and hanging out. He has always been one of the few people that I could count on to grab breakfast while most people are sleeping in, and in lots of other areas too.
Bridesmaid
Kari and I went to school together, but we became friends through youth group, then played in band together (we even had our own little jazz ensemble led by Kari called The Soothsayers!) and had a blast working at Warm Beach Camp together several summers. Her younger son is my godson.
Groomsman
Sean and I met in 7th grade homeroom. He spent most weekends at our house for a number of years and became part of the family.
Bridesmaid
Dominique and I met in DC through a mutual friend and ended up in church and Bible study together, as well as traveling to Rwanda one summer, but she's a PNW native--perhaps that's why we got along well enough to live together for a few years! I sang at her wedding and she'll be returning the favor.
Groomsman
Tim and I met early in our government careers. Our tradition of fight nights and grilling bratwurst started back then, and continues today.
Flower Girl
Elowyn (7), Chava (6), and Sarah (3) are my beautiful nieces, talented, fun-loving, and full of life!
Ring Bearer
Dylan is an awesome kid and my godson. He whoops my butt in Just Dance and pretty much every other video game.
