Maid of Honor
Okay, so, I met Elisa in undergrad at TWU. She was one of the first people I met when I got to campus. We instantly just clicked. We partied together, served on committees together, got in trouble, laughed, cried, and held each other down through some of the most challenging times of our lives. She is so dear to my heart, she’s my daughter’s God mother, and my personal life coach lol. I’m so happy to see her happy!
Best Man
When I met Paul in 2014, I was going into my last year at UTSA & I decided to take him under my wing before I graduated. Although, he would probably say I was constantly annoying him to get more involved on campus & meet new people. Looking back on those times, I’m glad he did! Paul has grown a lot over the years & has even helped me grow a bit myself. I’m very grateful for our friendship. I actually met Elisa in 2012 before I met Paul. I never told her, but she was one of the people I looked up to when I began looking into working in higher education. When Paul & Elisa told me about their relationship, I couldn’t have been happier for them. They both are amazingly caring individuals & I’m glad to have been able to watch these two find their way to each other.
Matron of Honor
I met Elisa in 2012 through my summer intern from New Jersey, Mike. He told me ALL summer that I absolutely needed to meet his friend, who happened to be my Soror. I didn't get to meet Elisa until the LAST day he was in town and our paths wouldn’t have crossed if Mike wasn't adamant about us meeting (THANK YOU, MIKE!). Elisa is the epitome of what it means to be a best friend. We are very different but complement each other in many ways. There are nights where we talk for HOURS at my house; sometimes Chris (my husband) feels like a third wheel. LOL. She's the sister I never had but always wanted, the most generous person I know & always thinks of others; I'm so glad she found someone who puts her first. I'm truly happy to celebrate Elisa and Paul, not only on 3/14/20 but for a lifetime.
Best Man
Paul and I met through Elisa (who, at the time, was my wife's soon to be best friend). She was introducing us to someone she wanted to partner with in business but a few weeks later we found out Paul had bigger plans. Paul knew how much Elisa meant to our family so in true Paul fashion he asked me to meet him at Starbucks so that he could formally let me know that they were now a couple...haha I didn't know what to do... I was relieved because I thought something was wrong (why are we meeting at Starbucks?) I was proud of him (My mannn) while also feeling like someone was asking to hang out with my sister (Should I be protective)? So many emotions but proud to say he has far exceeded my expectations. Although I thought I was getting a mentee I am happy that I instead received a friend.
Bridesmaid
I am Paul’s sister and am so happy to be a friend and chosen bridesmaid of Elisa. I of course met Elisa through Paul and I knew right away what a bright & wonderful person she is. Over the years I have seen how happy she makes my brother and how they are a wonderful balance of personalities together. I feel blessed to have become friends with her and that she will be joining our family. Paul and Elisa, I wish you all the best on your wedding day and every day afterwards! Just know that I am always there for the both of you.

I met Paul at a leadership conference in the summer of 2015. During which, we learned a lot about each other and developed a fast bond. That fall, we returned to UTSA and cemented that bond when he pledged Omega Delta Phi, joining my brotherhood. During his process, I was given the opportunity to be his big brother, an honor I was thrilled to have. Since crossing, we have maintained a wonderful friendship and brotherhood and I am so proud to see him enter this new chapter in his life alongside a wonderful partner. I am thankful he and Elisa have allowed me to be a part of this special moment, I wish you both an amazing lifetime (and beyond) together!
Bridesmaid
I met Elisa Fall 2009 at TWU. Thank God for Greek life because that is how we met. In the Spring of 2010, Elisa convinced me run for a position in SGA so that we could sit on the board together. Not knowing what I had gotten myself into, she showed me the ropes and became the best peer mentor ever since. She has guided me through the good and the bad. I have always looked up to Elisa and even after all these years, she continues to be one of the most selfless and loving individuals I have ever met. I love her heart of gold and how she always roots for those in her life. It is such a blessing to see her happy because she deserves the world.

Paul is not just a good guy, he is the right guy for my sister. When I first met Paul I thought to myself, “who is this guy?”But after talking to him and watching him with my sister, I said to myself “this is the guy.” He’s calm and patient which balances my sister out perfectly. With that said, I am excited to call him my brother in law.
Bridesmaid
Elisa is my God sister and one of my favorite women I look up to. I am beyond excited that she is finally marrying the love of her life. It’s well deserved. Her energy and attitude is always vibrant, her smile too. She inspires me most as a small business owner & always having a voice in what she believes and supports! I wish her a beautiful & healthy marriage with her forever love, Paul! Paul, please continue taking good care of my sister! Welcome to the family!

Paul is my younger cousin & closest in age to me.We grew up going to the same school/grade from Kinder -7th, we naturally became extremely close. Some of the best times from my childhood would be going to his house after school to play video games or hang out in his backyard. Of course we would take a break so he could make us a bowl of fideo. When I left for college, I hoped Paul would join me in ATX. He got into UT, but declined to go. At the time I thought he was making a mistake, but in hindsight I’m extremely happy he stayed at UTSA because had he not, he may not be marrying Elisa. I’m so happy that we are adding Elisa to our family; she has made Paul the happiest I’ve ever seen him. I’m humbled to be a groomsman for their wedding,&I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
Bridesmaid
I met Elisa in 2008 when I transferred to TWU. She saw me outside and noticed my Betsy Johnson purse and expressed how much she loved that particular designer. That allowed us to bond and we started to talk to each other. We also lived in the same residence halls and would hang out often. In 2009, we ended up both being initiated into AKA and became linesisters. Elisa is someone that always gives me great advice and that I can turn to for guidance. When we link up, we always have a good time. I love how she’s so classy, prim, and proper, but can still have fun and turn up sober with me. LOL.
Groomsman
I met Paul just a few years back, but he’s the type of person where if you’ve known him for a week it’s like you’ve known him for a lifetime. His incredible character & givers heart make it impossible not to want to be his friend. Paul has since become one of the people I trust most & I’m honored to be apart of the ceremony where 2 of the best people I know become one!
Bridesmaid
I met Lisa back in 2008. We were both apart of an organization in NY to empower young women. We discovered that our birthdays are a day apart and let’s just say we have A LOT in common. We fell in love! I followed her to TX ( I moved to Austin for DPT school) and she put up with me while I was pregnant. Haha. We’ve enjoyed many girl talks and a great Zac Brown Band concert together. She is standing by me once again in life as I marry my best friend and I’m glad to stand by her as she marries Paul.
Groomsman
I will never forget the year Paul was born. Mom had a hard pregnancy, & our aunts were over a lot (a little foreshadowing for our childhood together), on the plus side, we watched a lot of Star Wars. Paul has always been very driven, I remember him absolutely insisting that he had to be involved in everything I did when we were growing up, it started when I was his eighth grader & he was my kindergardener at St. Paul's. I may have called him a brat then, but now I can see just how that persistence has worked to his advantage. This is,of course, different than when we lived together & I learned of his love of cooking & his hatred of dishes.I am so proud and happy for my baby brother now to have found a partner in life to encourage and support him & hopefully teach him how to clean dishes.

The meeting of Elisa and I was truly a Godsend. Little did I know back in the Summer of 2015 a brief conversation on the UTSA campus with a total stranger would turn into a 4 year friendship thus far. There was an instant connection of trust and peace when I met her; so much that I agreed to live with her just a month after meeting. Next thing I knew, we became roommates, business partners, friends and more importantly sisters. From late night conversations to laughing with tears in our eyes, and me being so intrigued by her eating habits, Elisa and I’s relationship is an unbreakable bond. I look forward traveling the world with her and continuously making memories that we will have forever. A friendship like hers is worth holding on to and I truly treasure our moments we share. Xoxo

Paul and I met in May of 2018 and after a few months I knew he had a kind heart. He’s very genuine and I can trust him to be there for me. I’ve seen him grow so much in just the little time I got to know him. Very proud to say he is a great friend of mine and can’t wait to see where the future takes him. I met Elisa just a couple weeks before I met Paul. She is a great leader and is someone I can trust with anything. She has an amazingly kind heart like Paul and goes far and beyond to help anyone without question. She has helped me with many things and I’m so grateful to have a great friend like her.

I’ve known Elisa since high school. I got the pleasure of meeting Paul at the 10th year class reunion of Elisa and I. We reconnected later that year & since then they’ve been a huge influence in my life as well as my husbands. We are so grateful for their friendship. They’re truly some of the most thoughtful, kind hearted people I know. I couldn’t be happier that Paul & Elisa are becoming husband and wife! I am so excited for the Cuellar wedding. Being able to witness their union is such an honor.

I met Paul and Elisa back in the fall of 2017. Right off the bat, I knew they both were very genuine and that I could learn a lot from them. We’ve grown closer and our friendship has gotten stronger since then. Paul has become somebody I can truly call a friend (might even be my cousin lol) but I really appreciate being around the both of them. And I’m so happy and honored to support them on their day.

EPerk and I met in the workplace! The call center was my first job at UTSA and Elisa was my neighbor, then boss lady. I knew she was my type because she kept her Christmas decor up year round. We bonded over grad school adventures #teamelps, shoes (lol), and shared a love for Beyoncé and Bieber. After a trip to see both performers one July 4th weekend, the rest was history! We have remained close friends over the years (close as in she is the God mom of my pup, Charlee) and I have seen her truly blossom in her relationship with Paul #relationshipgoals I’m so excited to see her tie the knot!

I have known Paul and Elisa for quite awhile now and I am excited to see these two become one! It is rare to see people who are such great servers on an individual level and to see them become one is a blessing. I know that together they are going to change the world and I am thankful to be able to serve them on their big day!
