Meet us for a fun boat trip featuring the amazing flora and fauna of this beautiful shipping port. You will be able to see large seals up close, as well as dolphins, penguins, pelicans, flying fishes, and many more animals.
9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Join us for a nice chill morning visiting two iconic beaches in Ilo. We will start at Puerto Ingles, a beautiful cove with slides and diving boards. This cove is well-known for its historic pirates past. It was used as a hideout for English pirates (hence the name, Puerto Ingles) and many believe there are still hidden treasures around the area. Next, we will see Pozo de Lizas, a beautiful long sandy beach amongst the dunes. It is perfect for relaxation and its close to a natural reserve, and you may be able to see flying fishes and dolphins far away, just sitting in your beach chair. The beach also has a section for surfing and bodyboarding, if you are feeling adventurous.
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Let's all get to know one another! We are meeting on the beach of the Grand Hotel. We will enjoy food, drinks, music, and laughs in the sand! We hope to see you all there. Be ready to swim and have a nice time.
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Suits, sport coats, gowns and mid length dresses are welcome. It is also summertime in Peru! We encourage you to wear fun and bright colors.
Elio and Laura will get married in Cristo Rey, the same church Elio's parents got married in. They will be married by Father Neri, the Archbishop of Huanuco, Peru. The mass will be in Spanish and English with translated brochures.
