Semi-formal! Polished but not overly formal Men: Suit and tie Women: Long dress or midi-dress, jumpsuit, or chic separates. Floral patterns are fine! If you have any specific questions, let Elin or Caleb know!

The deadline is April 1st! RSVP deadline for the rehearsal dinner is May 1st!

Are plus ones allowed?

We wish we could invite everyone we love, but to keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to include those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Who can attend the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony, whether you received an invitation or not. We want all of our loved ones—and anyone who wishes to share in this moment—to be included and feel a part of our special day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving around 3:30 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and getting settled so you don’t miss a moment. Please note that guests cannot arrive before 3:00 PM. And while we lovingly acknowledge that the groom’s Puerto Rican family is famously fashionably late, this is one tradition we’re hoping to break for the ceremony 😉. Arriving by 3:30 PM will ensure you’re comfortably seated before things begin.

Are photos allowed during the ceremony?

Feel free to snap a few photos during the ceremony — we just ask that you keep phone use light so everyone can be present and enjoy the moment with us. Thank you for understanding!

What is the parking situation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking at the church is available in both the upper and lower lots, but space is very limited. We kindly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible. There is also additional parking at the school house where the rehearsal dinner is held for those who do not mind a short walk. Please note that parking at the reception venue is even more limited, with only a small lot located in front of the barn. We recommend coordinating rides or sharing transportation between guests to help ensure everyone arrives smoothly. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation — we truly appreciate it!

Will there be transportation between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be no organized transportation between the ceremony and the reception. The reception venue is located about 2.5 miles from the church, just a short drive away. We kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible to help with limited parking and make travel easier for everyone.
