Where should I stay?

For your comfort and convenience, we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites at a special discounted rate of $189 per night. It’s a clean, welcoming place to stay and even includes complimentary breakfast each morning. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early. Please be sure to make your reservation by Monday, May 11, 2026 to receive the group rate. If the Fairfield isn’t quite the right fit, there are many other great hotels and cozy Airbnb options throughout Cheyenne to suit different styles, needs, and budgets. When should I arrive and leave?

We recommend arriving in Cheyenne the day before the wedding (Thursday) to give yourself plenty of time to settle in. The wedding is on June 12th, 2026, and things will wrap up early in the evening. You’ll have time to travel home Saturday, or explore the area a bit more if you’d like!
