Elijah and Emmi first met as high school students through their homeschool co-op, where their friendship began to take shape. From the outset, Elijah was known for his patience and steady kindness—qualities that left a lasting impression on Emmi. As their connection developed, it became clear that their values and outlook on life aligned in meaningful ways. After more than three years together, they are excited to enter this new chapter, and hope that you all are able to share this special day with them!

Elijah took Emmi up to Estes Park, CO for a double date with some friends. They ate lunch and after, walked along the river. While walking, Elijah led Emmi under a gazebo and proposed to her asking if she would spend the rest of life with him. And of course she said, “YES!”
