There will be an informal gathering around 8 pm on Friday September 22nd on the deck area between the Monarch Ocean Pub and Il Fornaio in the Del Mar Plaza, which is a short drive from Estancia. *** Fridays in Del Mar can be busy as it is a vacation town, so we suggest making reservations for a Friday dinner well in advance*** Monarch Ocean Pub has a full kitchen, however, there are also a number of wonderful restaurants nearby if you would like a pre-gathering dinner! Below are a few suggestions: Jake’s Del Mar - Dine a few steps away from the waves at this classic Californian-style restaurant. Poseidon Restaurant - Poseidon also features indoor and outdoor dining right next to the sand with a seafood-focused menu in a casual setting. Sbicca - Fresh, delicious Californian menu created with locally-sourced ingredients served in a quaint restaurant with a rooftop terrace. Pacifica Del Mar - A staple in Del Mar for decades serving fresh seafood and award-winning wine with an ocean view. Tamarindo - Delicious Mexican-inspired food in an inviting atmosphere! If you’re craving a margarita or michelada, you won’t go wrong here! WestBrew - Local craft brewery serving casual fare. WestBrew is the newest addition to Del Mar village!

Ceremony

Shuttles to the church will depart at 12 PM and 12:30 PM. We kindly request that you arrive on time to the church as the ceremony will start promptly at 1 PM.
