Matron of Honor
From Eli: "I have been blessed to know Olivia since sophomore year of college and have watched her grow into the wonderful wife and mother she is today. Though technically Olivia is younger than me, I look up to her, admire her, and hope I can be like her when I grow up. I could spend hours in conversation with her, talking about literally anything. Her mature perspective always gets me thinking and helps me see the world in a new light."
Best Man
From Jacob: "Nicholas has been there since the beginning. He's always been there for me and has been a great big brother! He's always been protective, and steps in to keep me safe and out of trouble. We enjoyed growing up together, and working on projects together. No matter what the task, we enjoy each other's company and always have each other's back."
Maid of Honor
From Eli: "Jill is the friend I never could have imagined I would be lucky enough to have. A mutual friend (Kelli) suggested we try being roommates since we were both moving to Indy after college. That was one of the best suggestions that I ever took. Jill is always able to make me laugh and builds up my confidence every time I interact with her."
Best Man
From Jacob: "I met Issac on the home school soccer team called River City Jaguars. Since we were on the same soccer team, we had a lot of bonding time on car rides to games on I-65. We can hangout for hours and just talk about anything under the sun. Our typical goodbye is to get out of the house and talk by the cars for another hour before we actually part ways."
Bridesmaid
From Eli: "I met Nicole shortly after moving to Indy at a church event. Her gentle demeanor and love for God drew me to a friendship with her. Nicole has helped me grow as a daughter of God. I always know I can turn to her for support and wise words. It was actually at her prompting that I signed up for CatholicMatch which led me to meet Jacob in the first place. We are very grateful for her!"
Groomsman
From Jacob: "Elijah and I met when he was coming to his brother's soccer games. We really didn't get close until we started playing 3v3 soccer together, and the rest is history. We can hang out for hours and just talk. If you're in the middle of a conversation, you can always count on him to say something witty or add some dry humor to the conversation. Its always a good time when we get together."
Bridesmaid
From Eli: "I meet Liz at IU Kokomo's freshman orientation. This bright, bubbly girl came up, asked my name, realized she had the same name as me (Elizabeth), and proceeded to become one of my lifelong friends. Liz's support and unconditional friendship helped me through some tough times in my life. I would not be the woman I am today without her selfless kindness."
Groomsman
From Jacob: "James and I met when my oldest sister (Brittney) started bringing him around. We don't get to hangout all the time since him and my sister live in Cincinnati, but when we do see each other, it is a good time. He lives on the adventurous side and likes to go out and do different things which opens me up to new experiences. His background in life and his different perspectives make for some deep thoughtful conversations."
Bridesmaid
From Eli: “Praise God for a friend like Kelli. Kelli and I met while doing laundry at the same time in our dorm hall at Ball State. Little did I know, that encounter set my life on a new trajectory. Her loving kindness (with a touch of sass) always keeps life interesting. I am so grateful that God put her in my life as we continue to go on this journey together.”
Groomsman
From Jacob: "I met Joe when we went up to Purdue to see my sister (Jennifer) and went bowling. He is always a good sport and can take and give the brotherly banter. He is a triplet, and so happens that they were all born on the same day I was (just 3 years prior). He enjoys card/board games which is something I really enjoy doing and we have great conversations while playing. He also has a love for history which it is always interesting to hear and learn about him talking about the history facts he has read about."
