Big Table Mountain Hike
One of our favorite local hikes, especially during the spring time. This is a 5.1 mile, moderately difficult hike with lots of uphill to the top of Table Mountain, but the views are worth it. During the spring, there is likely to be lots of wildflowers along the trail and at the top.
McKinley Grove - Giant Sequoias
Go see some of the worlds tallest and oldest trees. McKinley Grove is a relatively isolated, less-traveled patch of giant sequoias and is definitely worth the drive. Make sure to check road conditions before driving up.
Basilwood Farm
Basilwood Farm is like our local Bath & Body. This goat farm sells soaps, lotions, candles and more. If you're looking for a weekend group activity, you can book a tour, cheese making, or bath bomb making classes. The owners are very kind and will more than likely be happy to show you around if you arrive without a reservation. Open Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 10am-3pm.
San Joaquin River Gorge
The river gorge is known to have beautiful wild flower blooms during Spring. The link below is for an easy 2 mile hike, but there are other longer hikes in the area.
Table Mountain Casino
A brand new, smoke-free casino with lots of dining options and a bar.
Yosemite National Park
For guests who have traveled and have more time in the area, Yosemite is a must-see if you haven't had the chance to visit yet. No reservations are needed for March. Military service members and veterans are granted free entry with a valid ID.

Open Saturday from 7 am through 12 pm.
