Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalizing the guest list, and don't have any extra spots for plus ones. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name would be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kiddos; however, we have extended invitations only to the adults listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other.

What time do I need to get there?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5pm sharp. Dinner and Reception to follow. The evening will end at 10pm.

What should we wear to the wedding?

Answer

To help make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly request that our guests dress to impress with their best formal attire. Gentlemen, while we love a good “pilot layover combo” of a Hawaiian shirt & jean shorts as much as the next person, we kindly ask that you dress in the very least dress slacks and a dress shirt. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or shades of white - we wouldn't want anyone to mistake you for the bride.

It’s going to be so hot!!! What were you thinking getting married in July?

Answer

While yes it is very hot in Florida during the summer, we have specifically chosen our venue with that in mind. Once on property you will not have to go back outside unless you choose to. The entire ceremony and reception are indoors in a beautiful air conditioned building.

What is parking situation at the venue?

There is a large parking lot on sight, with a drive up carport (in case there’s inclement weather).

The ceremony and reception will both be held in the same location: “Lake Mary Event Center”

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes dinner will be served!

Aren’t y’all Christians? Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with beer & wine during the reception. With that being said, we do have an expectation that our guests please be mindful of their alcohol intake; nobody wants to be THAT person at someone else’s wedding.

Do we need to buy you a gift?

Answer

Justine and I are both very well established in life, and actually have two of everything that we will be needing to downsize. So instead of a wedding registry, we have elected to set up a Honeymoon Fund. We would be very grateful for any contributions towards helping us take our dream honeymoon; a week long cruise through Europe this fall!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Sure! Post away on social media, just please be sure to tag us! (#TheElenburgsHaveLanded) We will also have a QR Code for a Google Photos Album, please be sure to upload all your best photos and videos for us! The ceremony will however, be an unplugged ceremony, but we haven’t forgotten about you! There will be a moment at the beginning of the ceremony for everyone to snap that photo for their social media timeline, and then we will ask you to put your phone away and enjoy being in the moment with us!
