A room block is already reserved for Saturday and Sunday night for all guests for your convenience. Should you want to spend an extra night on Friday, please let Elena (317-909-4270) know as soon as possible so different arrangements can be made, or booking directly with the hotel. Hotel rooms are 200 Euros/night (breakfast incl) and to be paid by the guests upon departure.

It is recommended that guests make travel arrangements to arrive in Italy Friday 01 August and to Trento that same day or the following morning (Saturday 02, 2025). Trento can be reached by rental car or by train from any major airports in Italy (recommended arrival airpots are Venice or Milan or Rome); link is provided above. During the 2-day stay in Trento, vans will be available to transport guests to and from all planned events.
