We have worked very closely with our venue to ensure that we have every precaution in place. We have drastically reduced our in-person guest list (no more than 40 people), moved our events to an outdoor tent for better ventilation, and will be seating all households separately. Masks will be required at all events, with disposable masks available to you. Our food service has been carefully coordinated to prevent any congregation or touching of shared surfaces. Tables will be served directly for all food offerings. We have changed the timing of the ceremony and reception to change the vibe of the event to a daytime, more low-key affair. Dances will be limited. We consider ourselves extremely cautious and are doing absolutely everything under the sun to keep everyone safe. We have confirmed that all guests who are able to be vaccinated at this time, are. We will continue to monitor all aspects of safety right up until the day we get married!
While we are not providing testing at the event, we are requiring that all guests get tested AND quaratine prior to the wedding weekend. We plan to do so :) The PCR tests are more reliable and preferred by the experts, but often take longer to get results. Please make the testing arrangements you feel are necessary and make the most sense with your travel, vaccination status, and test availability. Keep us in the loop upon making testing arrangements, and let us know if we can help you find testing sites in the area.
