Ix Art Park
Just a couple of blocks off of the Downtown Mall, the Farmers Market at Ix is held year-round! Check out local artisans and vendors on Saturdays from 9am-1 pm.
Carter Mountain Orchard and Country Store
Grab some fresh apple cider doughnuts and take in the best views of Charlottesville.
Shenandoah National Park
If you have time, Charlottesville is only a 30-minute drive to the national park! Go take in a hike and beautiful views. If you aren't hikers, but still want to enjoy what the area has to offer, the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway are excellent driving options with amazing overlooks every few miles.
