It is a 22 minute car ride from Punta Cana International Airport to Barcelo Bavaro Palace. When making your reservation with the hotel also book your transportation with the hotel to be picked up and dropped off.

We will be hosting our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Barcelo Bavaro Palace. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Barcelo Bavaro Palace. Reserve your room by emailing sac9.op8@barcelo.com, please mention the Vasquez/Lopes Wedding on May 7, 2022 in order to receive a discounted rate. Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible as hotel rates change. Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check out is at noon. Guests can continue to enjoy some of the hotel facilities after check-out. If you decide to stay in another location you will have to pay for a day pass to get into the hotel for the ceremony and reception. Day passes are $60.
