Transportation: There are no great public transportation options.   Renting a car will definitely provide the most ease and freedom. 

Accommodations: We recommend getting a place in Anchorage for this weekend, but when not celebrating with us you will definitely want to explore outside of Anchorage if you have the time!

Feel free to contact us if you want help finding a spot to book, or want recommendations on where else to go. Summer time in Alaska sees a lot of tourist traffic, so we suggest booking sooner than later.
