When should I fly in?

Answer

The festivities will begin the evening of Thursday the 16th, so if you can arrive by that morning you'll get to enjoy every moment!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see the Travel page for our accommodation recommendations. We recommend staying in Lisbon, as that's where most of the action outside of the wedding will be happening + there's a ton to do, see, eat, and experience in the city itself. However, if you want a more peaceful stay, the Penha Longa Resort in Sintra (where our venue is located) offers a 10% discount for anyone staying there during our wedding.

How will I get to the wedding?

We'll be providing shuttles to and from Lisbon to the venue. Please see Travel page for details.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Both! Unless the weather ends up turning on us - then it will be indoors only.

Question

Should I bring comfortable shoes?

Answer

Yes. The wedding is in a 15th century monastery, fit out with a garden and cobblestone flooring. We recommend bringing a change of shoes in case you need a more comfortable option at any point during the night.
