When should I get to Mendocino?

Answer

We will get to Mendocino Grove on Friday, September 20th, and we’ll be leaving on Tuesday, September 24th. We’re hoping for our guests to at least arrive Sunday, September 22nd and stay till Tuesday. We would love to have you the entire time but understand it may be difficult to take time off work, considering we are already being a pain in the ass for having the wedding on a Monday 😬.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Elaine loves dressing up, Johnny hates it. So, dress to impress for the wedding! And, wear what you want for the welcome dinner. We also recommend wearing comfy shoes as most of the events will be outdoors, with dirt and grass.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will likely be in the high 50s, but at night it can get to the low 50s. It’ll be foggy and cold. Bring a jacket, and layers!

Is there cellphone reception?

Answer

We’ll kind of be off the grid, so cellphone reception may be pretty spotty (although t-mobile worked well for us). Plan ahead and either bring a map or save offline google maps!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your kids, we ask that you leave them with someone you love. We want you to have a killer time, and a well-deserved break! The only kiddos with us will be those involved in the ceremony.
