This is the hotel where all the events will be taking place! For reservations, click “view” below for the direct hotel block link OR please call (941) 217-4777 and ask for the Patel-Pacholec Room block. Reservations must be made by Thursday, Feburary 6th, 2020 to get the group rate. If you plan on extending your weekend the group rate is available from Tuesday March 3rd, 2020 - Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

This is another option for a resort-style hotel in Sarasota, FL. We do not have a hotel room block however, it is only 1 mile away from our venue. Please call (941) 953-1234 for availability and reservations.

Flight

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport

SRQ is definitely the most convenient option for flying in as it is only 4 miles from the venue. This is the more relaxing choice, but the flights are typically more expensive to fly in here.

You may be able to find more flight options in and out of Tampa International Airport, but this is about 1 hour away from Sarasota.
