Please book your hotel rooms ASAP if you wish to stay close to our venue downtown! Those seeking double rooms, may have to look slightly farther away from our venue - we have listed some suggestions below. The Westin and Sheraton offer Room Block options (details below)

Kansas City updated their airport (finally) in 2023! Travel to/from KC is easy and efficient! Be prepared: the airport sits about 30-40 minutes from our listed hotels and venue. Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or rental car is the best way to get to/from the airport.
