Camp Check In
10:30 am - 4:00 pm
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 10:30 am to check in at camp. This will give you time to get yourself situated, find your cabin, and relax at Camp Laurelwood. There will be games throughout the day including archery, tennis, basketball, and various lawn games. Please let us know if you plan on arriving early. Stay tuned for more information on games and events.
Lunch
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
There will be a casual lunch for anyone that is interested in arriving early. Let us know if you will be attending so we can get a final head count.
Ceremony
5:00 pm
The ceremony will be held lakeside on the beach. There is a wooded path to walk down to reach the ceremony site so you may want to rethink your shoe choice!
Cocktail Hour
5:45 pm
Camp grounds leading to the Mess Hall. Cheers!
The Reception
6:45 pm
Casual to Formal, whatever you are comfortable in!
The main event! Join us for drinks, a buffet dinner, music, dancing, friends, and fun!
After Party
11:00 pm
Snuggle up in something cozy!
After the reception please join us for a bonfire and s'mores!
