FAQs

The Wedding Website of Eileen Almaguer and Christopher Daniel
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Preferably as soon as possible Deadline: March 31 – With limited seating, responding by this date will allow the hosts to secure a replacement if a guest is unable to attend. Reservations can be made through the couple's wedding website under the “RSVP” tab.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi- Formal For Men: Appropriate attire includes button-up shirts (jackets optional), dress slacks or chinos, optional ties, dress shoes or loafers, lightweight blazers or sport coats, vests, and a leather belt to complement shoes. For Women: Recommended attire includes dresses (midi, maxi, or cocktail length), skirts or tailored pants paired with elegant blouses, dressy jumpsuits, heels, flats, or dressy sandals, wedges (ideal for vineyard terrain), dressy block heels, dressy rompers, and coordinated two-piece sets. A Gentle Note: Guests are kindly asked to avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, overly casual sandals, or athletic wear. Since Zaca Mesa Winery is located in the hills, evenings can become cool. Guests are encouraged to bring a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable after sunset.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The wedding is limited to 50 guests. Guest allocations have already been coordinated in advance, with each reservation reflecting the number of seats assigned to every invitee. If a guest would like to bring an additional person, they should notify Eileen so that the guest can be added to the reserve list in case someone is unable to attend.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The couple understands that traveling for a destination wedding is a meaningful commitment and is truly grateful to everyone making the journey to celebrate with them. Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is no set itinerary, as the couple hopes the celebration will feel like a mini vacation for everyone. Chris and Eileen plan to arrive in Solvang beginning Monday, April 20, and will be there all week. Guests who would like to arrive early to relax and enjoy some time together with the couple are encouraged to share their arrival date so plans can be coordinated. They have also put together a list of recommended places to visit, along with information about special events. All details can be found on their wedding website under the “Things to Do” tab.
