Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

If you plan to arrive in Indiana on Friday, please join us for a welcome event at Pottawattomie Country Club! Dinner will be served. Attire is smart casual.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The ceremony and reception attire is semi-formal. Cocktail-, midi-, or floor-length dresses / jumpsuits, as well as light suits (tie optional) are encouraged.

Please join us as we say our "I Dos"! The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Pavilion rooftop, and then we will move inside for cocktails, dinner, and dancing! Please note that the venue is inside the Indiana Dunes State Park. You will drive through an entrance gate; mention that you are there for the Eichelman-Martin wedding and you will not have to pay the entrance fee. At the roundabout, follow signs for the Dunes Pavilion. Shuttles will depart the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00pm and 4:30pm. Please be prompt! The shuttle will pick up on the left side of the hotel outside the bar, across from Bob Evans. If you miss the shuttle, you can leave your car in the venue parking lot over night and retrieve it in the morning. **If you are driving, please do not arrive before 4:15pm to give the bridal party time to take pictures. Hilton Garden Inn After Party

12:00 am - 2:00 am

Change into your comfy clothes and join us at the Hilton Garden Inn lobby bar after the wedding to keep the party going! Late night snacks will be served.
