COVID19 UPDATE: Are you cancelling or rescheduling? What’s the deal with masks? When will guests be notified? What are you considering at this time?

Answer

We are not considering cancelling or rescheduling. We recommend wearing a mask. We will also be providing stylish (single use) white masks to anyone that wants one. If there are any changes we will be notifying guests by September 15th at the very latest. We are considering live streaming the event in cases where guests are unable or unwilling to travel due to COVID19. WE ARE RECOMMENDING THAT YOU SKIP THE CEREMONY AND JOIN US LATER FOR THE RECEPTION DUE TO THE INTIMATE NATURE OF THE CEREMONY.

Both the ceremony and reception are located at The Terrace Hotel in Lakeland, FL.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than September 16th, 2020.

We are registered with Zola, which can be found under the “Registry”page of this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:00 p.m.

Yes. Cocktail Attire.

Can I bring a date?

You may bring a date, but be sure to include them in the RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are more than welcome, but make sure to specify the number of kids in your party when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Terrace Hotel. Just ask to book in the Humphrey-Castro block. Other hotel recommendations can be found on the ‘Travel’ page of this website.

Absolutely! Just make sure to specify the allergy when you RSVP.

There will be parking for the entire event.

There is no provided transportation.

All of the events will be indoors.
