Ray’s best guess and recommendations. I believe the main party is going to be at the Hilton Hotel. With access to the pool and the beach, it is going to be the central spot to meet the other family members and have a great time. Most people will fly into Orlando and drive to Indialantic Florida. By no means do you have to get a room at the Hilton, but if you want to socialize and get a tan, that is the place to vibe. Kid friendly. After a well rested Friday night, you may be able to catch a glimpse of the groomsman and the crew in the water. But the ladies will be locked away. Go time is at 1730. All participants should have the sand washed out of their hair and be present at the Hotel for the ceremony. After a few stifled tears, laughter and smiles, the entire party will be herded to dining hall. I’m sure someone will have a thing or two to say about the day. Undoubtedly. But the real magic will be on the dance floor. Jessica is known to cut a rug or two, and she expects nothing less from the rest of you. I suspect we will be there until they kick us out. 9pm anyone? I think that’s our bedtime. I believe we have the hall until 2300. Sunday morning will be easy. TBD about a group brunch. Most people will want to go at their own pace. Maybe catch a sunrise. But there will be planes to catch, homes to get back to, so we will part with big hugs to hold us off till next time. Orlando is about an hour away, and busy, so if people have to leave early, we understand (leaving 3 hr before boarding is overkill, but not ridiculous). Travel safely! And we can’t wait to see you in a few months!
No! Feel free to check out anything local. No obligations, but the hangout spot will be the pool deck at the Beachside Hilton. You could even consider a different hotel and walking down the beach to the Hilton.
