Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 7, 2025. This will give us enough time to confirm guest counts with vendors before our contractual deadlines. Please RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab on the website, and let us know if you run into any issues.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Please just let us know if you will be bringing your children when you RSVP.
Question
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate your needs.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be mostly outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please see the "Travel" tab for information about the two hotels where we have room blocks. Airbnbs are also a good option.

Why are there no discounted rooms at my preferred hotel?
Answer
If we have run out of discounted rooms at any of our recommended hotels, please contact us at edwardsojima@gmail.com so we can reach out to the hotel for more rooms.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we have a shuttle to and from the Courtyard Marriot hotel. Seating is limited, so please sign up for a spot on the shuttle at the hotel reception desk. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information about the shuttle, including drop-off and pickup times.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Fox Meadow Barn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive no later than 4:15pm in order to find a seat.

Should I sit on the bride or groom side at the ceremony?
Answer
You can sit wherever you want!

Should I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We prefer that you enjoy the moment with us, and let our photographer handle the photos :)

Can I smoke?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking during the wedding and reception.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence is the best present we could ask for. If giving gifts is your love language, please see the "Registry" tab where you can contribute to either our honeymoon or starter home fund. We are asking for contributions to these funds rather than "stuff" as we have a very small apartment.
