For anyone trying to book a room and hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone at the resort I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The wedding coordinator has been changed and has been taken over by a new company. Rooms are available on the Pocono Resort property For anyone interested. There are group rates and a discount for 5 or more rooms booked. please call Kristy (404) 977-0289 or (866) 500-0488 or call Keisha at 1-800-233-4141 for reservations and if that don’t work Kristy email is events@covepoconoresorts.com. Make sure to mention you are there for the Dominique and Sabrina Edwards Wedding.

Staybridge Suites Stroudsburg (East) Poconos

The last day to take advantage of the rate and book the room is July 31st, 2022 you may book as early as you want. Call to book the room. If you have any questions or concerns you can call and ask to speak to Ashley. Booking dates are from august 31st-September 1st. due to it being labor day weekend rooms are limited from Friday- to Sunday, please let Ashley know if you want to book any other days beyond the 31st-1st so that you can get a discount. When booking please use either Phillips or Edwards wedding ( you can use both names or just one last name) and the wedding date to get the discount rate. Prices will go back to regular rates after the cut-off day. This is a hotel Near Pocono Palace. It is 6.6 miles away from the venue. You will need to have your own means of transportation to get to the venue. If you decide to use an third-party web site ( Expedia, booking .com, etc the discount will not be applied)

Quality Inn - East Stroudsburg POCONOS

The last date to book the blocked room rate is 8/21/22. After this date, rates will no longer be discounted. You can call to reserve a room as early as you would like, dates are booked from 8/31/22 to 9/2/22. If more days are needed please contact Sabrina the manager. You have to call to set up a reservation, please say reserving room/rooms for Edwards, Phillips wedding. If you decide to book any other rooms that are not a part of the room blocks the discount does not apply. Booking through third-party websites (Expedia, booking.com, etc) discount does not apply. Be sure to ask what size rooms are available for our room block discount. If you call to reserve and there are no more rooms available at our discount please contact me or Dom asap so that we can add more rooms to the block so you can take advantage of the discounted rooms. This hotel is 8 miles away. You will have to acquire your own transportation to the venue.

This hotel is 5.1 miles away from the wedding venue. You will need to find your own means of transportation to the venue. There are no rooms blocked at this hotel.

Lehigh Valley International Airport

This is the closest International airport. It is in Allentown PA. It is about 30 miles from the resort. It will take about 40-45 minutes to get to the resort if staying at a hotel by the airport.

The distance from Newark Airport to Pocono palace is 1hr and 19 min. it is 77.1 miles.

Transportation to Wedding Venue By Bus

You can take the Martz bus from NYC to Stroudsburg /Delaware Water Gap. When you go to the Martz website you will put in where you are catching the bus from and your destination you have to enter Stroudsburg, PA and it will come up. Then from drop off, you can take a 15-minute ride via Lyft and Uber to the resort

NJ Transit train

You can catch the NJ transit train from 34th street to Hoboken. From Hoboken, you go to Mount Olive station. From Mount Olive station it is a 43minute uber or Lyft ride to the resort
